Ever since I can remember, Ben Cockwell has been drawing and painting to a high standard for his age group. He has even designed an extension to the Victory Bar and is now the brains behind Warrah Design Limited at Fox Bay Village, West Falkland.
Ben has presented a selection of his paintings at the Jetty Centre on Friday evening at which members of the public heard his Father, Richard Cockwell, also an accomplished painter describe an early pencil drawing of Mrs Cockwell’s glasses.
Whether it is landscape, animals or people, Ben’s work is exquisite. His well-planned and meticulous attack on every subject matter is outstanding art in several mediums.
