The Foreign and Commonwealth Office Minister for the Overseas Territories, Henry Bellingham MP, has today sent letters to the organisers of the Petition and the St Helena Legislative Council in response to the petition sent to the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, William Hague MP, in July.
