FALKLANDS’ GIRL GUIDES BAZAAR REPORT

The Falkland Islands Guide Association would like to thank all who supported the Association’s Annual Bazaar held on Saturday 28 May.  Special thanks go to Leaders, girls, parents, Committee Members, Friends of Guiding and Claudia Rosas with her fabulous face painting skills who all worked tirelessly on the day.  Thanks also to businesses and individuals who donated prizes for the multi-raffle.

The winners of the Flyaway Raffle were:

1^st prize £1600 – Ms Jeannie McKay

2^nd prize £300 – Mr Kevin Duncan (Bulkie)

3^rd prize £150 – Mr Andrew Newman

Congratulations to all three Flyaway winners and also the winners of the Multi-raffle.

Profit after expenses was £1926.

Funds raised will go towards the continued operation of the three units and the maintenance of our Headquarters.
