The St Helena Government has today, released the report of the Independent Commission for the Review of Remuneration, Allowances and Expenses for Councillors, the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker.

The St Helena Government has today, released the report of the Independent Commission for the Review of Remuneration, Allowances and Expenses for Councillors, the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker.
The report is available from the Receptionist in the Office of the Chief Secretary and contains recommendations on how Elected Councillors, the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker should be paid along with recommendations on the allowances they should receive and expenses which should be paid by SHG on their behalf.
The report is to be presented at the next formal sitting of Legislative Council.
