Further to the press release dated 6 July 2010, Mr Miles Miller has been appointed Acting Administrator for the period 2 July – 22 July 2010,

Further to the press release dated 6 July 2010, Mr Miles Miller has been appointed Acting Administrator for the period 2 July – 22 July 2010, in accordance with the provisions of section 147 of the Schedule to the St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha Constitution Order 2009 read with section 183(3) thereof and not in accordance with the provisions of section 2 of the Ascension Island Administrator Ordinance, Cap A3, section 18(1) of the Interpretation Ordinance, Cap A2, as previously advised.
