Members of Legislative Assembly have agreed to re-allocate portfolios to enable the Hon Sharon Halford MLA to become a member of the Public Accounts Committee.
PUBLIC ACCOUNTS COMMITTEE REALLOCATION OF PORTFOLIOS

Members of Legislative Assembly have agreed to re-allocate portfolios to enable the Hon Sharon Halford MLA to become a member of the Public Accounts Committee.
From 11 December the Hon Sharon Halford will take on the Transport portfolio from the Hon Gavin Short; and the Hon Gavin Short will be deputy portfolio holder for Treasury & Taxation matters and will assume the deputy chairmanship of Standing Finance Committee in place of the Hon Sharon Halford.
Section 81(1) of the Constitution disqualifies the chair and deputy chair of the Standing Finance Committee from becoming a member of the PAC.”
