INTERIM SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNER
Anne Muir, Social Development Planner, is on island for four months – until late October 2007. Ann is bridging the gap in social planning until a full time social development planner is recruited – hopefully later this year. Anne’s work will build on the Sustainable Development Plan and other policy documents and take forward social planning, which is focused on the social and economic interests of low-income households. In particular she will be reviewing employment legislation and reviewing the social impact of Access related proposals. Ann is currently working from the Office of the Chief Secretary but will move the Post Office building later this week. Her e-mail address is muirca@helanta.sh or muirca@btinternet.com
