Mr Patrick Williams, accompanied by his wife Pat, and Mr William George left on the RMS St Helena on Sunday 27th May to travel to the Falkland Islands to attend the events commemorating the 25th Anniversary of Liberation from Argentine occupation in 1982.  The invitation was extended by the Falkland Island Government.

They are due to arrive in the Falkland Islands on 6 June.   Both Patrick and William were part of the RMS volunteer crew who travelled to the Falkland Islands in 1982 to support mine clearing operations by HMS Brecon and HMS Ledbury.  An action packed programme has been arranged by the Falkland Island Government which starts from the 12 June through to the 18th June.  The programme includes a visit to West Falklands.
