Sergeant Dave Roberts of the Royal Falkland Islands Police updates us on the latest police activity.


 


At 1615hrs on Wednesday, 25 October 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report from the Joint Services EOD that they were going to destroy a power illumination flare.  EOD have since dealt with the ordinance.


 


At 2200hrs on Wednesday, 25 October 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of youths causing damage to a fence at Pump Green.  Officers attended and several youths were given a warning.


 


At 0009hrs on Saturday, 28 October 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of people on the roof of a building on John Street.  Officers attended and one person was taken down.


 


At 0217hrs on Saturday, 28 October 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of an assault at Mount Pleasant.  One person is assisting police with their enquiries.


 


At 1604hrs on Saturday, 28 October 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of damage to a vehicle on Ross Road East.


 


At 2128hrs on Saturday, 28 October 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of an alarm sounding on Ross Road.  Officers attended and the alarm was dealt with by the property owners.


 


At 2207hrs on Saturday, 28 October 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of a vehicle driving eratically around Stanley.


 


At 1414hrs on Sunday, 29 October 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of a single vehicle road traffic accident on the Stanley to Darwin Road in the vicinity of the Great Britain Hotel.  No one was hurt.


 


At 1628hrs on Saturday, 28 October 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of an ordinance find in the vicinity of Moody Brook.  The information was passed to the EOD.


 


At 2334hrs on Saturday, 28 October 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of persons smashing bottles outside the Globe Tavern.  Officers attended and one person was warned about their behaviour.


 


At 1129hrs on Monday, 30 October 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of a firearm being found in a garden on Philomel Hill


 


At 1202hrs on Monday, 30 October 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of a single vehicle road traffic accident in the vicinity of Boot Hill.  There were no injuries.
