Government House's best known gardener has passed on.
DEATH NOTICE

It is with sadness that FINN found out about the death in the UK of Mr. Eugene “Gen” Williams on Saturday, 24 June 2006. He was 74 years old.
Gen made his career as gardener at Government House. He was a member of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church and was awarded a medal by the Pope in 2004 for his contribution to the Church community.
He was married to Marlene and will be sadly missed by his family and friends in the Falklands and overseas.
