Sergeant Dave Roberts of the Royal Falkland Islands Police updates us on the latest police activity.


 


At 0819hrs on Monday, 17 April 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of a find of a grenade near the 1982 memorial at Fitzroy.  EOD will deal with disposal of the ordinance.


 


At 1342hrs on Monday, 17 April 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of a vehicle tampered with on Jersey Road.  Please pass any information on this incident to Sgt. Roberts on 27222.


 


At 0935hrs on Tuesday, 18 April 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of a find of a BL755 Bomb at the helicopter crash site on Mount Kent.  EOD will deal with the ordinance that is 24 years old.  The Royal Falkland Islands Police will be notified when the ordinance will be transported to the disposal site.


 


At 0906hrs on Thursday, 20 April 2006the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of a vehicle parked in the No Waiting Zone at the FIC West Store.  The driver was located and spoken to.


 


At 1025hrson Friday, 21 April 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of a vehicle parked dangerously at the junction of Crozier Place and Philomel Street.  Police Officers dealt with the incident.


 


At 1349hrs on Thursday, 21 April 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of a theft of an item from the cemetery.  Any info on this incident can be passed to Sgt. Dave Roberts on 27222.


 


At 0434hrs on Sunday, 23 April 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of a person needing medical assistance on Fieldhouse Close.  KEMH dealt with the problem.


 


At 0950hrs on Sunday, 23 April 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of a quantity of Timber being stolen from a property on Anderson Drive.  Any information on this incident can be reported to Sgt. Dave Roberts on 27222.


 


At 2305hrs on Sunday, 23 April 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of a person needing medical assistance on Philomel Street.  KEMH Staff dealt with the incident.
