His Excellency the Governor, acting on the advice of Executive Council, is pleased to announce the 2012 award of the Queen’s Certificate and Badge of Honour to Mrs Marjorie Hayward for her voluntary work in the community particularly in helping the elderly with their everyday needs. The Reception for the formal presentation by HE the Governor has yet to be arranged.
