In 2011, Executive Council formally agreed to the maintenance and publication of a list of contracts to provide greater transparency in SHG’s procurement activities and facilitate monitoring.

In 2011, Executive Council formally agreed to the maintenance and publication of a list of contracts to provide greater transparency in SHG’s procurement activities and facilitate monitoring.
The Corporate Procurement Unit wishes to inform the public that a list of all contracts awarded in 2011/12 that have been registered with the Corporate Procurement Unit is now available for public information on the SHG website at: http://www.sainthelena.gov.sh/pages/contracts-with-shg.html.
The list is also available at the Corporate Procurement Unit, Top Floor, Post Office Building.
Contracts with a value of less than £1,000 are not included in this register, nor are purchases that were made by Local Purchase Order.
