S.Atlantic : FITZROY FARM TO HOST RBA SHEEP SHOW

The Rural Business Association will be hosting a sheep show at Fitzroy Farm on Saturday, 10 April 2010 beginning at 1000hrs with all sheep being penned by 1030hrs.

The Rural Business Association will be hosting a sheep show at Fitzroy Farm on Saturday, 10 April 2010 beginning at 1000hrs with all sheep being penned by 1030hrs.  Besides sheep the show features stands with home produce, vegetables, cards, hand crafted wood, artwork and much, much more.

 

Judging will take place between 1100hrs and 1330hrs and the prize-giving will take place at 1430hrs with H.E. the Governor Mr Alan Huckle handing out the prizes.

 

Michele’s Cafe will be serving hot food and Dennis will be running a bar for over 18s. 

 

Sheep entering the show will not require movement tags as they will receive a number and tagged by RBA in arrival.  Paperwork will be dealt with by the RBA and handed over to the veterinary service after the show.Sheep tags placed on the animals should remain in place until they are returned to the farms.RBA requests the return of cups and shields won at last year’s show.
