Intro by J. Brock (FINN)

On Tuesday morning e-mails were received from the Secretariat indicating an extraordinary meeting of the Planning and Building Committee would be held on Friday, 26 June 2009 at 1330hrs in the Liberation Room of the Secretariat.

The attached agenda said that there was only one item for discussion and approval ant it was the Mink Park Development.  Subsequent phone calls received by FINN as well as the below transcript put the mystery to an end when it was revealed that the project would go ahead to keep people in work.
