Falklands : Robin Hood Saves His Merry Men at the Town Hall

The Infant/Junior School put on an entertaining rendition of Robin Hood at the Town Hall on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

ROBIN HOOD SAVES HIS MERRY MEN AT THE TOWN HALL

Well done to the cast and to all who contributed to this entertaining evening.

The Infant/Junior School put on an entertaining rendition of Robin Hood at the Town Hall on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.  Mrs Shirley Adams Leach helped the students with some well executed and very tuneful songs.

The Reception Class and Pre-School opened the performance with a song about “The 3 Bears.”

The cast was divided into Saxons and Normans with Robin Hood being played by Cody McKay, Alan ‘a Dale by Garreth McGhie, Little John by Sorrel Pompert Robertson, Will Scarlett by Shannon Alazia, Friar Tuck by Dean Dent, Much the Miller’s Son by Katie John and The Bishop of Hereford by Hannah McPhee.  The Narrators were Jack Ford and Emma Goss.

The Outlaws were played by Vikki Williams, Keanu Bagley, Reece Harris, India Clarke, Cobin Eriksen, Michaela Clifford and Joshua Goodwin.  Villagers were played by Bronwen Ford, Kerena Stewart, Racquel Francis, Emily Cairns-Wicks, Zoe Taylor and Jo-Ellen Bone.

Norman included Ben Sommerville as the Sheriff of Nottingham, Nicholas Beith as Guy Gisborne, Phoebe Smith as Lady Marian, Tessa Davies as the Maid to Marian and Declan Bonner as King Richard.

Soldiers were played by Jamel Adeoye, Daelyn Peck, Ross Stewart, Hayden Mitchell, Louisa Anderson,Axel Rodriguez Reid, Jake Buckett, Olly Hayward, Kalon Jaffray, Leo Clarke, Joshua Courtney, Kieran Roberts, Camila Salas Galaz, Ieuan Ford, Sinead McGill, Ryan Watson, Wade Ford, Tiegan Curtis, Scott Thain, Tamsin McLeod, Jonathan Villaroel, Pilar Castro, Damien Robson, Mark McLeod, Melissa Beckett and Cony Salas Galaz.

Special thanks were given to Dave Roberts for the lighting, FIODA for the costumes and props, Mrs Biggs, Mrs McRae, Mr Bowles,  Mrs Williams and pre-school, Mrs Armstrong-Ford and year 3 and parents and friends who helped out with old sheets and costumes.
