A new Administrator with Falklands connections has been appointed for Tristan da Cunha
New Administrator has Falklands Connections
A new administrator has been appointed for Tristan da Cunha as Mike Hentley has completed his tour of duty and left the island on 13 September. The new Administrator, David Morley, arrived on Tristan and took over from Mike on the same day.
David Morley is a Career Diplomat who has served on a number of overseas postings. Most recently he worked at NATO in Brussels, but he has also worked in Swaziland and Port Stanley on the Falkland Islands.
In addition to being appointed Administrator, David will also serve as Magistrate for Tristan da Cunha.
