The dreaded "C" has taken one of the Falklands heros of the 1982 conflict with Argentina.

CANCER TAKES FALKLANDS HERO

Cancer has taken the life of Mr. Terry Peck, a Falklands hero of the 1982 conflict with Argentina.  He passed away on the morning of Saturday, 30 December 2006 – approximately six months shy of the 1982 commemorations that will take place in Stanley in June.

A full report with photos of Terry’s life will be forthcoming but I thought it was important to let friends and family abroad know about his passing.
