A reception to Honour Richard Cockwell, OBE was held at Government House on Friday, 01 June 2011. Mr Cockwell is a former Member of Legislative Assembly and Executive Member of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association. His artwork as well as bravery during the 1982 conflict with Argentina was also noted in remarks by H E the Governor Mr Nigel Haywood.
