The Public Accounts Committee is inviting tenders for the preparation of an initial report on the Stanley Dairy Inquiry for the Committee’s consideration.
On the authority of the Committee the work will involve the gathering of all available documents relevant to the Inquiry, seeking supporting information necessary and compiling a report setting out the sums of money expended, where and when and in what circumstances expenditure decisions were made and whether these were in compliance with all applicable financial rules, regulations and management codes.
