St Helena : Board of Directors appointed for the Bank of St Helena

Governor Gurr has reappointed Carolyn Thomas to be a Director and Chairman of the Bank of St Helena. This appointment is to run for a period of two years.

Governor Gurr has reappointed Carolyn Thomas to be a Director and Chairman of the Bank of St Helena. This appointment is to run for a period of two years.  


 


Other board members include Peter Francis JP, Emma Bennett, Terrence Richards, and Rosemary Bargo who is also Manager of the Bank.


 


Governor Gurr has made the appointments in accordance with section 4 of the Bank of St Helena Ordinance, 2003, and after consulting the Financial Services Regulatory Authority.


 


The Board is responsible for managing the affairs of the bank and sets the policy of the bank together with the manager.
