St Helena : Appointments made to SHDA Board of Directors

Governor Gurr has made various appointments to the SHDA Board of Directors. These appointments have been made in accordance with the St Helena Development Agency Ordinance.

Governor Gurr has made various appointments to the SHDA Board of Directors. These appointments have been made in accordance with the St Helena Development Agency Ordinance.


 


George Stevens will continue to serve as Chairman and Paul Hickling is to serve as Deputy Chairman.


 


Michael Benjamin and Raymond Williams will both continue to serve as Directors along with Dr Corinda Essex, Chief Development Officer and Linda Houston, Managing Director for SHDA.


 


Two new Board appointments will be announced later this year. Also, Paul Blessington, the Government Economist, will attend Board meetings in an advisory capacity.


 


The Board sets the overall policy for the Agency which exists to promote and enable private sector development on St Helena.
