Councillors Andrea Clausen and Ian Hansen will depart the Islands on the air-ridge on 16 September for the UK and the Party Conferences.
COUNCILLORS TO ATTEND PARTY CONFERENCES

Councillors Andrea Clausen and Ian Hansen will depart the Islands on the air-ridge on 16 September for the UK and the Party Conferences.First they will assist the FIG London Representative on the Falkland Islands stand at the annual Labour Party Conference at the Manchester Central Exhibition Centre and at the Conservative Party Conference at the Birmingham International Convention Centre.Councillor Hansen will return to the Islands on 9th October but Councillor Clausen will remain in the United Kingdom as a medical patient - it is expected that she will return to the islands towards the end of January 2009 after her twins are born.
