Falklands share prices continued to rise on Monday with Tullow Oil (TLW) down 0.50 at midday but settling at 513.00 up 1.00 at the close of play.  Desire Petroleum Plc (DES) reached a high of 31.75 on the day with a gain at the close of 1.00 to settle at 31.25.  Falkland Oil and Gas (FOGL) reached a high of 159.00 up 8.50 before settling up 3.00 at 153.50.  Rockhopper Petroleum had a solid gain of 0.50 points to settle up at 49.00.  Borders & Southern (BOR) gained 1.50 points to settle up at 33.00.

Falkland Islands Holdings (FKL) increased share prices by 2.50 points to settle at 392.50.  The only loser on the day was Falkland Gold and Minerals (FGML) at 6.75 down 0.75.  Things could pick up for FGML should commercial quantities of high-quality minerals be discovered.
