S.Atlantic : New Tour Guides Receive Their Badges

Falklands Tourism has fourteen new tour guides. Thursday evening at 1700 at the Jetty Centre, they received their certificates and badges from H. E. the Governor Mr. Howard Pearce.

New Tour Guides Receive Their Badges

H. E. the Governor Mr. Howard Pearce with 14 new Tour Guides

Falklands Tourism has fourteen new tour guides. Thursday evening at 1700 at the Jetty Centre, they received their certificates and badges from H. E. the Governor Mr. Howard Pearce. Those completing their training were Ella Poole, Alex Sanders, Ailsa and Tony Heathman, Ann Johnston, Gerald Cheek, Deborah Ford, Aidie and Lesa Lowe, Sam Miller, Natalie Smith, Nikki Luxton and Eric Goss.

John Fowler explained that the ceremony was an opportunity to congratulate the fourteen for all their efforts. H. E. the Governor Mr. Howard Pearce also said some congratulatory words of praise for the new tour guides.

After the badges were given out everyone involved partook in a finger buffet and drinks.
