Copies of the schedule can be e-mailed from the Falklands on request.

Press Release

Revised Schedule Issued for RMS St Helena

Following discussions with relevant parties, a revised shipping schedule has been released for the RMS St Helena.

This has come about following problems the RMS experienced while in Portland.

In order to get back on schedule as soon as possible, the RMS will omit one of her calls at Walvis Bay. In addition, she will stay in port for shorter periods of time whenever this is practicable. Fast steaming will also be employed on certain voyages.

It is anticipated that the RMS will be 11 days behind schedule on arrival in St Helena, but should be back on schedule from Thursday 7 June 2007.

The RMS is still expected to arrive at St Helena on 18 April 2007.

Copies of the updated schedule can be collected from Solomon’s shipping office.
