Sergeant Dave Roberts of the Royal Falkland Islands Police updates us on the latest police activity.


At 1444hrs on Monday, 27 November 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of a vehicle fire.  The Fire and Rescue Service were tasked to deal with the incident.


At 1428hrs on Tuesday, 28 November 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of a find of live rounds at the East Jetty.  EOD were tasked to deal with the incident.


At 1549hrs on Tuesday, 28 November 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of a minor traffic accident in the Capstan Gift Shop car park.  Both parties are dealing with the incident through insurance.


At 1631hrs on Wednesday, 29 November 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of an indecent exposure incident on Allardyce St.  Officers attended and gave one person a verbal warning.


At 2326hrs on Wednesday, 29 November 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of a theft of cash from a vehicle parked near the Brasserie.  The incident is under investigation and if anyone has information please give Sergeant Roberts a call on 27222.


At 0817 on Friday, 01 December 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a report of a vehicle travelling at excessive speed on the Stanley to Darwin Road.  Officers attended and one person was given a warning.


At 1757hrs on Friday, 01 December 2006 the Royal Falkland Islands Police received a request for medical assistance on Beaver Island.  KEMH Staff dealt with the incident.


The Royal Falkland Islands Police would like to remind people fishing in the vicinity of Murrel Farm that they are not to fish from the culverts or 100 metres on either side of them.
