BULLYING CASE TO MEDIATION

On the 17th November 2006 Detective Chief Superintendent Bussey provided a written report to His Excellency the Governor detailing his findings and recommendation in relation to a complaint made against a Royal Falkland Islands Police officer by another.

His Excellency the Governor accepted the recommendation that there is insufficient evidence to commence disciplinary proceedings under the Police Ordinance 2000, and that the matter should be resolved by way of mediation between all concerned. This mediation has been undertaken.
