St Helena : Gov. Clancy to Attend OTCC Meeting

H. E. the Governor Mr. Clancy has left St. Helena to attend the Overseas Territries Consultative Council Meeting in London from 21 to 22 November.

Governor Clancy departs St Helena today to attend the Overseas Territories Consultative Council Meeting which will take place in London from 21 to 22 November.


 


The Governor will also take the opportunity to attend meetings with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Department For International Development. Additionally Governor Clancy will be chairing meetings on Ascension Island.


 


Governor Clancy has announced that Ethel Yon, Acting Chief Secretary will serve as Deputy to Governor from 8 to 14 November, as Acting Governor from 15 to 26 November and again as Deputy to Governor from 27 November to 4 December 2006. While she serves as Acting Governor, Linda Clemett, Financial Secretary, is to serve as Acting Chief Secretary and Christine Turpin, Accountant Financial Analysis Planning as Acting Financial Secretary.
