In the Magistrate’s Court on Monday, 05 June 2006 at 1000hrs before Senior Magistrate Mrs Claire Faulds Mr. Bo Keon Jo, charged with drink driving, was in Court for a pre-trial review. He has pleaded not guilty to the offence, which occurred on 17 May 2006. His case adjourned until Friday, 16 June 2006 for trial.
At 1415hrs on Monday, 05 June 2006 before Senior Magistrate Mrs. Claire Faulds the Shuenn Man Fishing Company and the skipper of the Shuenn Man 1 had their case adjourned without plea until 0930hrs on Wednesday, 07 June 2006.
