Cllr. Cockwell has exhibited his paintings at Falkland House on Broadway in London on Tuesday night.  Fifteen watercolours were exhibited at a special reception attended by approximately thirty guests including MPs who have been to the Falklands and another, who is due to visit in February.  Cheryl Gillen, Baroness Hooper, Jamie Wallace and Sam Cockwell attended as well as other family and friends.  The Exhibition was opened by FIGO Representative, Sukey Cameron MBE.

The paintings depicted the Lighthouse, Surf Bay, and other Falklands scenes.  Eight of the fifteen paintings sold straight away and the rest will be on display until March.
