COURT NEWS:
In open Court before Senior Magistrate Mrs. Claire Faulds: The case against Kenneth William Duvall, who has pleaded guilty to being Drunk and Incapable contrary to section 79(1)(b) of the Licencing Ordinance 1994 and has had another charge of Permitting Underage Drinking in a Private Place contrary to section 5(7) of the Drinking by Juveniles Ordinance 1993 put against him, was adjourned for pre sentence reports.
Alexander Colin MacDonald pleaded guilty to the supply of intoxicating liquor to a juvenile in a private place contrary to section 4 (1)(c) Control of drinking by Juveniles Ordinance 1993. Senior Magistrate Mrs. Claire Faulds fined Mr. MacDonald £50.00 and ordered him to pay £70.00 Court costs.
