Alan Huckle is no stranger to the Falklands.
CHANGE OF GOVERNOR OF THE FALKLAND ISLANDS AND COMMISSIONER FOR SOUTH GEORGIA AND THE SOUTH SANDWICH ISLANDS
Mr Alan Huckle has been appointed Governor of the Falkland Islands and Commissioner for South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands in succession to Mr Howard Pearce CVO, who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Mr Huckle will take up his appointment in 2006.
