The 34-page invitation seeks expressions of interest and outline proposals from contractors and investors for the construction and operation of an airport, the introduction of air access, and other economic developments on the Island.
This document is on the international development market and includes information on the Island and its people, current access arrangements, the scope of the project, how to respond to the invitation, proposal guidelines and more. The list of sensitive issues identified by Members of Legislative Council following the extensive round of public consultation conducted last year is also included.
