HARBOUR VIEW EVACUATION GOES SMOOTHLY
SHG extends its thanks to the four residents, their relatives and to the Salvation Army, following the evacuation of Harbour View on Monday night of this week.
‘As a result of a risk to their health they had to move out while a next door property was made safe’ commented Housing Executive Andy Crowe. A Government team responded quickly to the problem, working with residents, their relatives and the Salvation Army to provide them with a roof over their heads.
Andy added:
‘The work has now been carried out and as of today the residents are able to return home. I would like to thank everyone involved for cooperating so well. Voluntary help will always be needed and is much appreciated when situations like this occur.’
